These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of rawbalmco.com. By accessing or purchasing from our website you agree to the terms outlined below.

Raw Balm Co. provides raw and natural skincare products for personal use through our online store. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, or website content at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

When placing an order you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We accept secure payments through all major payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure the security of your personal and financial information at all times.


Shipping & Delivery

Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before the cut-off time begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays begin processing the next available business day.

All orders require 1–3 business days for handling and preparation before shipment. Shipping is free on all orders.

Transit times vary by destination:

  • USA: typically 4–10 business days after shipment
  • UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand: typically 4–14 business days after shipment

Total delivery time includes processing time plus transit time.

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email address. If delivery cannot be completed the carrier may redirect the package to a nearby pickup location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers have 60 days from their delivery date to initiate a return request. Once a return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 1–15 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Address changes or order cancellations can be requested before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped it will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
