Shipping Policy


Order Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next available business day.


Processing & Handling Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for handling and processing before they are shipped. This is the time needed to carefully prepare, pack, and hand your order over to our carrier. We take care with every order to make sure it leaves our facility in perfect condition.


Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required, no hidden fees at checkout.


Transit Time

Transit time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed to our carrier. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 4–10 business days after shipment
  • UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand: 4–14 business days after shipment

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is the sum of your processing time plus your transit time:

  • USA orders: typically arrive within 5–13 business days total
  • UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand orders: typically arrive within 5–17 business days total

Tracking

Every Raw Balm Co. order includes a tracking number sent directly to your email address once your order has been shipped. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way from our facility to your door.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@rawbalmco.com and we will look into it immediately.


International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order if you have any concerns about additional charges.


Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Raw Balm Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or any other events outside of our control.

If your order arrives late, appears lost, or arrives damaged please contact us immediately at support@rawbalmco.com and our team will work quickly to resolve the situation for you.


Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at support@rawbalmco.com. Address changes and cancellations can be accommodated before your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled or redirected and will instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
