REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
At Raw Balm Co., customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To request a refund, simply reach out to our team by email and we will walk you through everything you need to do. Please have a copy of your order confirmation ready as our team will need this to process your return.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE APPROVAL
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect and process it promptly. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved.
We accept both defective and non-defective products, whether used or unused, as long as the request is made within 60 days of your delivery date.
If your return is approved you can choose between:
- A full refund returned to your original payment method
- An exchange for the same product or another product of equal value
Refunds typically take 1–15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning any item as Raw Balm Co. cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are not tracked.
